Is there any Panacea for getting hemorrhoid relief?

A substantial portion of the world’s population, majority of which include the women and the   aged persons suffer from a traditional disease medically termed as hemorrhoids and commonly known as Piles. Such blood vessels that are around anus and may protrude externally due to distension is a visible effect of hemorrhoids. Due to the irritation and pain which the disease involves and the  vast multiplicity  of  the  affected  patients,  getting  hemorrhoid  relief  is proving  to be a challenge for  the  medical world.
hemorrhoids  patients  can  be classified  into two categories:  (i) suffering  from Internal hemorrhoid- i.e. hemorrhoid appearing in  the lower rectum and (ii)  suffering  from  External hemorrhoid  i.e. hemorrhoid  developed  under the skin surrounding the anus. Of these, the patients suffering from external hemorrhoids have to suffer more as the skin becomes irritated and may be eroded too. In order to get hemorrhoid relief the patients of this category, may need to undergo hemorrhoidectomy- a surgical process. Above all if ,blood-clot is developed in an external hemorrhoid the patient experiences sudden and severe pain and may also feel or observe a lump surrounding the anus which causes  irritation and itching even after getting dissolved.
Internal hemorrhoids on the other hand are painless although they may be accompanied by bleeding which could be seen on the toilet paper or just seeping down into the toilet bowl. Both Internal & External hemorrhoids give rise to chronic problems. A hemorrhoid usually contains small amount of mucus and small fragments of stool which cause an irritation medically referred to as Pruritus Ani. As such  there is no method which  can be termed as Panacea  for achieving  hemorrhoid relief  but  we may adopt one or more of the following methods :
(i)    Rubber Band Ligation: This method is commonly used in the United States. Small elastic is placed around the base of the hemorrhoid which causes it to shrink and the scar to heal. This procedure can be repeated 2 to 4 times with a time lapse of 6 to8 eight weeks. Other similar techniques are laser coagulation, scelrotherapy and cryosurgery.

(ii)          hemorrhoidectomy.. This is the surgical method mostly used to treat External hemorrhoids    In this method a narrow incision is made around hemorrhoid tissue and the infected blood vessels are removed.

(iii)      hemorrhoidopexy: In this method the surgeon uses a stapling instrument to  restore the hemorrhoids to their normal position. This method involves use of anesthesia.
Some effective ways to attain hemorrhoid relief at home can be enlisted as follows:-
•    Never waste time: Whenever you have an urge to empty the bowels immediately go to the toilet without waiting for a more opportune time. A regular bowel evacuation will help you get rid of the disease to a considerable extent.
•    Warm water bath: Popularly known as the Sitz bath, this kind of bath relieves the itching and irritation in the affected portion.
